AI Agent Observer provides a platform for listing and discovering information about AI agents. We do not create, control, or endorse any of the AI agents listed on our platform.

3. User Submissions

• You may submit information about AI agents through our platform.
• We do not guarantee the listing of any submission, even if a fee has been paid for a listing.
• Paid listings, if approved, should appear on our platform within 48 hours of submission. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to refuse any submission, including but not limited to those containing adult content, without providing a reason.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information submitted by users.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• In no event shall AI Agent Observer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AI Agent Observer and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
